  • How do I place a booking?
    To book your chosen package, you can contact us through our website on the 'Contact' page or through our Facebook or Instagram platforms. Upon booking, we will send you a booking form and request that a deposit is taken to secure your package. Deposits are taken via bank transfer. The remaining balance is to be taken 10 days prior to your booking. Click Contact to book now!
  • Is my security deposit refundable?
    Security desposits are refundable providing we are satisfied there are no damages. (Please allow 72 hours for a refund). Should you decide to cancel your booking the deposit will be fully refundable providing the notice period exceeds 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the date of hire. Cancellation between 7-14 days will result in a 50% refund. Please note any cancellations within 7 days of the hire date will result in a loss of deposit. Should you need to change the date, we will try our best to rearrange your booking subject to availability.
  • What addional extras do you offer?
    * Themed party bags where this is not part of our standard package. * Birthday balloons * Handmade treat boxes (themed or personalised). * Additional teepees priced accordingly. * Princess visit where this is not part of our princess package.
  • How have you assessed the safety of the equipment?
    Our A-frame tents are CE compliant and handmade here in the UK. All of the accessable materials have undergone chemical and flammability testing in line with the required standard for tents within the commercial marketplace governed by The Toy Safety Reglations 2011.
  • What areas do you cover?
    We are located in the West Midlands and Warwickshire area and will travel up to a 15 mile radius in the surrounding areas of DY8 & CV8. An additional charge of 40p per mile will be added to venues exceeding 15 miles.
  • How much space is needed for setting up teepee sleepovers?
    The dimensions of our smaller (mini) tents are 120cm H x 85cm D and our fibre matresses are 140cm L x 70cm W. Our A-frame tents have adjustable widths therefore we have some leeway to adapt to each individuals space. Our larger framed (maxi) tents are 140cm H x 85cm D. Our larger matresses come in three lenghts 200cm, 130cm & 166cm x 80 cm W. The width of these tents can also be adjusted.
  • What is the choice of Princesses?
    If a picture of your chosen princess is not displayed, please get in touch and we will see if we can accommodate your request! All of our princesss are industry professionals who hold a valid DBS check.
  • How can I prepare for my party?
    Teepee Sleepovers We kindly ask that you carefully consider which space you would like our teepees to be set up in and clear the room prior to our arrival for set up. Princess Parties Your Princess will arrive slighty earlier than your start time to set up music (an easily accessible plug socket is desired) and make the necessary preparations dependent on which princess party you have chosen. We recommend the space in your home is suitable for dancing and playing games. Community centres, churches and village halls tend to be popular choices to host parties!
  • How many guests are your parties suitable for?
    Teepee Sleepovers If you wish to host a sleepover with more than 6 teepees we can price addional teepees accordingly. We would recommend to always check and measure your space as per our dimensions above. Princess Parties For one Princess visit, our prices are based on a maximum of 20 children. If you wish to hire an additional Princess, the maximum number of children would be 30 and the price for an additional entertainer would be charged accordingly.
  • What age are your tents suitable for?
    Our smaller 120cm x 85cm mini tents are suitable for children aged 3 years - approx 10 years. Our larger 140cm x 85cm maxi tents are suitable for children aged 10+ and suitable for adults.
